2024 Lakewood POOL PARTY request form is available for all 2024 Full LPOA/Associate Members. Please allow 5-7 days for our staff to contact you and set your final date, time, and cost of your party. Once your date is confirmed you will be required to submit your party rental fee within 2 days as directed by our pool staff member.

Is the LPOA POOL open? Get the app or go online to see our POOLCON FLAG COLOR and follow the directions below!!
Pool Flag Condition Color can be viewed by downloading the rain out line app from the app store on your phone or you can use your computer, go online, and type in www.rainoutline.com . Both the app and the website will show you the same information about our PoolCon status. Once the app or website open, type Lakewood in the search area. and select our logo not Montgomery Parks and Recreation. There you will see the current PoolCon Flag Color. If it is GREEN it means pool is open without any issues. YELLOW, means it is open now but may have to close if conditions change. RED, means pool is currently closed and it may or may not open later depending on weather/other conditions. Plus, if you download the app and you can also receive pool status notifications if you desire, this way you will be notified as if the PoolCon color changes.
2024 LPOA Pool Rules

1. Members must always present their Membership ID Card to enter.
2. Members may bring in a guest.
Only1 Guest / 1 Member will be allowed in and must pay 5.00 per guest.
A maximum of 3 guest per family are allowed.
3 Family Members Present = 3 Guest
3. Guests must enter with members and must leave when the member leaves.
4. No swimming unless lifeguards are on duty.
5. No running, horseplay, bullying, or foul language permitted.
Unacceptable behavior will result in the loss of future pool privileges. This also includes any guests you may bring.
6. No gum, alcohol, tobacco, vapes or glassware permitted.
7. Eating and drinking are restricted to the concession area. No outside food or drink allowed at the pool. No coolers larger than 2 quarts allowed.
8. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
9.No flotation devices allowed in the deep end. Children must be able to swim across the deep end unassisted.
10. All swimmers must clear the pool during the rest period (EVERY 2 HOURS FROM OPENING). Adults 18 or older may swim during pool break at their own risk.
11. No swimming under diving boards or slide. Only one person is allowed on board or slide at a time. Persons waiting in line must remain on the pool deck. Make sure the area is clear before taking your turn. If you climb up the diving board ladders you must jump off.
12. No hanging on ropes, diving boards, or jumping off sideways. No playing with hard objects or tennis balls. No toys in the deep end. Must use ladders to exit pool.
