ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP USE FEE - January 1, 2005 - December 31, 2005
ENTRANCE FEE - $100.00 plus desired use fee as listed below.
(Families who were not members in 2004 must pay Entrance Fee)

Family Membership - Available to all Lakewood residents. This membership
provides full access to all of Lakewood's facilities

Boat Launching/Fishing Membership - This membership is available to
Lakewood residents only and provides boating/fishing
access to any of Lakewood's six lakes..............$90.00 (**$64.00)
Tennis Membership - The tennis membership is available to Lakewood
residents only and provides access to Lakewood's
tennis courts........$90.00 (** $64.00)
Associate Membership - Available to non-Lakewood residents. This membership
provides full access to all of Lakewood's facilities
